Ntrepid is seeking a Lead Training Developer to join our dynamic team. The candidate selected will supervise the development and execution of high-quality, customized training programs for Ntrepid customers. The candidate will be responsible for assessing customer learning needs and the design and development of suitable training objectives, curriculum and content, instructional design methods, and measures of effectiveness to meet their specific mission requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective customer-facing training programs for select Ntrepid products using multiple delivery methods (instructor-led small and large groups, web-based, and distance learning)
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver training courses that demonstrate the value and impact of Ntrepid products to a variety of customer audiences
  • In conjunction with Ntrepid’s Research and Development, Account Management, and Marketing teams, develop and document interactive programs of instruction, updating them to keep pace with new product features and changing customer mission needs
  • Actively participate in the product and account life cycles, including the dates, times, and locations of installation and the roles played by primary Ntrepid stakeholders
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout all customer interactions
  • Serve as an internal company software expert by providing internal training sessions and answering questions posed by coworkers as needed
  • Respond and coordinate all assigned training requests in a timely manner
  • Up to 50% travel to customer locations (US and International travel)
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Ntrepid products, including product settings, features and benefits, and system functionality
  • Work closely with Ntrepid’s Research and Development team to incorporate new cyber tactics, techniques, and procedures into training programs and provide feedback on customer use cases
  • Communicate with Ntrepid account managers to keep them apprised of potential or existing customer issues
  • Alert the sales force to potential sales opportunities

Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizen Required
  • Ability to obtain U.S. security clearance
  • 3+ years experience training software and technical solutions
  • Formal academic training and/or certification(s) as a training practitioner, instructional or performance technologist, learning facilitator, or training manager
  • Experience designing, developing, and implementing training programs in the technology or cyber field
  • Well organized and able to prioritize work and multi-task in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with Federal Law Enforcement and National
  • Security customers
  • Familiarity with the cyber domain, particularly social media-based research techniques, digital risk management, and privacy issues
  • Familiarity with virtualization, data visualization, and case management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence, VMware, GoToMeeting a plus
  • Ability to articulate technical information to non-technical users
  • Learn new software solutions and interfaces.
