We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Nfusion team. The Nfusion Product Manager is responsible for managing a roadmap that includes competing initiatives and complex customer requirements. The role is focused on providing a clear path for Engineering by understanding the current customer base, the current market and future customer needs. A successful candidate will be comfortable with developing product vision, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and achieve aggressive targets. Nfusion is a next generation system which allows for secure cyber initiatives utilizing an insulated workstation platform in a virtualized environment. Nfusion provides unprecedented control of online egress, preventing activity tracing and obscuring affiliation. Nfusion is the company’s flagship product and supports primarily Federal Government customers.


  • Partner with Engineering to create a product roadmap and collaborate to prioritize backlogs
  • Help develop a product vision for positioning and customer segmentation
  • Provide input on user-interface design and the customer experience using a mix of usage data and customer needs
  • Analyze product usage statistics and identify new metrics for success
  • Help manage the customer visible side of the product release process
  • Work with Marketing and Technical Writers to develop content for BD/Sales presentations, demos, and training
  • Monitor the competitive landscape to understand market opportunities and trends to better inform product roadmap
  • Frame the resources necessary to hit your goals and advocate for incremental resources when necessary
  • Clearly communicate product plans, benefits and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences, from internal stakeholders to customers


  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a TS/SCI clearance is a plus
  • BA/BS required (Computer Science, Marketing or Business is a plus)
  • 1-2 years managing a complex Enterprise level product with substantial revenue
  • Exceptional communicator, able to articulate complex issues to a wide range of audiences
  • Stellar design instinct and product taste with a high bar for your own contributions and others’
  • Understand data and research. Have the ability to write, defend, and execute on findings
  • Ability to work autonomously, with little help or direction as well as have a great track record for working with engineering and design teams (people want to work with you again)
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%
  • A never-ending desire to grow and learn
