As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will partner with customers, Enterprise Sales Representatives and Software Engineers to implement flexible and resilient architectures that address customer business problems. In collaboration with the sales team, you will drive revenue growth across a broad set of customers, establish Ntrepid’s presence, drive sales activities in designated geographies and verticals, and ensure a smooth post-sales deployment in challenging enterprise environments.


  • Serve as the customer’s pre and post-sales Ntrepid capabilities and solutions expert, including its underlying architecture and best practices
    • Gather prospective customer technical requirements and environmental variables
    • Lead pre-sales “proof of concept” capability trials to determine and integrate with customer infrastructure (routers/switches), boundary (firewalls), and audit inspection devices (proxies, MITM, DPI)
    • Ensure that Ntrepid’s products are fully deployed enterprise-wide to meet the customer’s technical and business requirements
  • Support Ntrepid customer account managers to
    • Be the customer’s voice internally, airing their feature requests, support issues, and concerns, and championing them to solution
    • Deliver product training to partners, customers and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with sales team to formulate and execute a sales strategy to exceed revenue objectives
  • Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customers
  • Act as a technical liaison between customers, service engineering teams and support


  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Current TS/SCI eligibility with polygraph required
  • Technical BS degree, MS preferred
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in the IT or security industry
  • Demonstrated ability to connect technology with measureable business value
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, products, and technical challenges
  • Strong technical knowledge with a broad range of security and networking technologies
  • Stellar analysis and network troubleshooting skills of Ntrepid supported ports, protocols, services, etc., within customer environments
  • Strong understanding of cyber security and challenges faced by the following main verticals (Federal, Financial, Healthcare, Retail, etc.)
  • Must have technical knowledge to make customer presentations, lead discussions, and answer questions to the appropriate audience level.
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise deployments
  • Fluent in security terminology; CISSP preferred but not required
  • Ability to facilitate customer workshops to obtain requirements, use cases and design information
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to produce clear and concise design documents
  • Ability to lead Post-Sales activities for Enterprise-wide Deployments
  • Excellent presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and developers.
  • Able to communicate persuasively and confidently in front of all customer stakeholders, from IT/security personnel to CIOs
  • Willingness to travel
  • Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries
