Roger Carroll

VP of Special Programs

"Professional Services has a broad mandate, so I have the luxury of recruiting from diverse backgrounds and skillsets, with only a few select qualifiers. If you’re smart, driven, creative, and have a great sense of humor, chances are you’re a candidate for the team. The team has thrived in a culture that values commitment, candor, respect for the mission and each other. These shared values have led to an uncommon degree of trust and collaborative potential, and have resulted in some exceptional accomplishments. It is incredibly rewarding watching team members succeed and take on greater responsibilities within the team and corporately."
