Securing Your Financial Future
Starting on day one, Ntrepid employees are eligible to receive employer contributions into their 401(k) accounts. Ntrepid automatically contributes a portion of your base salary into your plan each quarter, with no vesting schedule and no matching necessary. Employees are fully vested in all employer contributions from day one.
Generous Paid Time Off
We believe that our employees should enjoy a healthy work-life balance. Our generous paid time off (PTO) consists of a rollover of up to a max of 2x the accrual rate. Additionally, Ntrepid offers “PTO Cash Out” through which employees can choose to receive cash for up to 60 hours of their accrued PTO. We have introduced two weeks of paid parental leave. We also recognize ten company holidays, including Veteran’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, and the day after Thanksgiving.
